ON-SITE Service Capabilities
- Repair: If it's broken, we can fix it. Simple as that.
- Install: Got a new member of the family to unpack, install, calibrate, and bring online? We can accelerate that timeline.
- Maintain: Preventive maintenance is the key to uninterrupted production. We can help you plan out the right schedule for any particular piece of equipment, lock in a calendar, and be there when your machine needs us to be.
- Service: "It was working fine yesterday....". We've all been there. All we need is a cry for help and we'll show up, work with you to figure out what's going on, and come up with a plan of action that fits your deadlines and your budget.
- Phone Triage:Â Not sure what's going on, but you're pretty sure that something is? We're always happy to hop on a call and talk through what you're experiencing and whether or not you need our services.
- Uninstall: Getting ready to swap in a new piece of gear, and you need to get the old piece of gear out? We can expedite the process. We can also help you pack it, sell it, and ship it.
- Consult: Precision planning is the foundation of success in our industry. You don't have to go it alone. Put our subject matter expertise in your corner and you'll have a dedicated partner for life.
- Sell and Ship: There's a robust secondary market for used screen printing equipment. We can help you sell and ship your used gear to its new home. Or if you're in the market, we can help you find the perfect piece to fit your budget and your shop.
